We review a client's requirements and develop a quote for the project.
Collect Required Content:
We collect and review content supplied by the client (textual content, existing site content, artwork, imagery and video).
Once all content is received, we implement the site's framework (content management system), look and feel, apply the appropriate navigation, organize and apply supplied site content and apply the project's specific functionality.
Review & Administration:
The project is opened to the client for review. We also review the CMS administration functionality with the client before taking the site live.
The project is moved to its live state and is now accessible to the public.
What's required to maintain my site?
You need access to a web browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox) and an Internet connection to use the administrative area of the CMS (content management system). No other software is required.
How long before my new site is up and running?
Timelines for completion differ from project to project. Our entry level CMS projects normally take 10-15 business days.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% refundable deposit of the price agreed upon in the project's contract, payable by credit card or by cheque.
What other costs should I expect?
An annual fee for web hosting and domain registration/renewal is the minimum you should expect with regards to any ongoing expenses for your website.
